Just a 25 minute drive from the city centre Geneva or Lausanne is easily accessible by taxi. If you're arriving at the airport with your pet or you had your pet travel alone, find a petaxi or a private hire vehicle who accepts pets in the dedicated zone. You can pre-book your pettaxi via our partners and it'll be waiting for you either in the bus pick-up zone or at the freight terminal if your pet(s) arrived alone. In an emergency, contact your vet, they will connect with us!
