The ARC main responsibilities
- Collecting animals from the tri-point and bringing them back to the ARC
- Checking animal(s) paperwork for entry compliance, PTS, CITES, TIERS
- Running the vet visit with the Swiss border vets
- Checking animal shipments are packed according to (IATA) requirements
- Providing sealing of crates for New Zealand exports
- Providing temporary accommodation for animals in transit
- Upholding all EU and Swiss regulations relating to animal movement
